WHCschools - Hibiscus Petals Summer Kukai
 

WHCschools Traditional Western Haiku School
Ferris Gilli, Hibiscus School Instructor

 

At the end of June, twenty-five members participated in the first Hibiscus School Summer Kukai.  Each person submitted two summer haiku.  The poets themselves judged the anonymous poems on merit and appeal and were encouraged to include constructive comments with their votes.  The kukai results:
