World Haiku Festival 2000 Photo Album
| Rob Scott, a haiku poet originally from Australia, has lived in Japan and
now lives in the Netherlands. He has thus acquired knowledge and direct experience
of both East and West. Better still he has gained independence of mind as he is
detached from Japan as well as from his homeland. This is reflected in his haiku
which is different from the usual haiku seen in the West and from Japanese haiku.
