Rasmussen: Here we have the human world of talk represented by two tea
cups and unnatural color tones -- and the natural world represented by leaves,
background and lovely august natural color tones. We associate talk with tea and
coffee. The digital artist's extension of the teacups into the frame produces a
nicely balanced image. There is a sense of time passing slowly in this image;
the haiku suggests that the friendship deepens with the slow passing of time in
conversation. |
